Our Off-Season Group Training Program built around Basketball Skill Foundation, Game Fluidity Fundamentals, Tempo, Game Rhythm, Spacing, & Game Manipulation. Players will train throughout a 3 month period, meeting 3 times a week, for a total of 40 high-level group workouts. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm to 6pm and Sundays from 11am to 12:30pm.
